Drawing has a nice, warm atmosphere, Pretty colors. Character is sweet and lovable. I like her hair, eyes that aren't too small or too big. Her face is cute and properly drawn. Unfortunately body has some mistakes. First of all, her shoulders are very stiff, they should be a bit lower. Her chest is either to high or too big. Her hands are to straight, like there are no muscles at all. Elbows should be lower, more visible, not marked only with small line. Palms look odd, fingers- like they have no bones at all. Try working on anathomy, draw from life, from model, that helps a lot in learning basic stuff.
You could also work on background. I belive that's suposed to be a sky with clouds but seems strange and unnatural. It should be more spontaneous, irregular.
